Student Awareness Program in Churu

The first leg of “Student Awareness Program” was conducted from 18th to 21st November 2014 in Churu district of Rajasthan. The program aims to impart effective communication skills APART from inculcating effective decision making abilities in students. The program was held in five schools spread across Churu. The participant schools were “Jain Shwetambar Terapanti Ucch Vidyalaya, Jain Shwetambar BAL Vihar, Cambridge Convent, Lords International School & Sarswati Niketan”.  Students of class 10th, 11th, and 12th participated in the sessions.

The program commenced on 18/11/2014 in Jain BAL Vihar.  Mrs. Vijay Laxmi, the principal of the school was very swift and sincere in making arrangements for the sessions, the student were from commerce stream and they raised questions about options after commerce. The students were keen to have more sessions. Mrs. Laxmi too shared the same views. The seventy students who participated in the session were from class 10th, 11th and 12th.

 

The students of Jain Madhyamik Vidyalaya were covered in the noon session. Mr. P.S. Rathore, the principal of the school was very supportive. Four sessions were organized for the different sections of all 10th, 11th, and 12th students, though they were of Hindi medium but they were very keen on usage of our helpline. The three hundred and fifty students who participated in the session were from class 10th, 11th and 12th. Four sessions were organized for the students. Mr. Rathore was all praise for the efforts of the foundation and its initiatives.
